Detailing its sustainability initiatives around the world, the initial draft of GETF’s annual report contained compelling facts and impressive results, but GETF felt this high-impact material got lost in the long narrative. The Flaks team was hired to redesign the report, using its expertise in data visualization to shift from a text-heavy narrative to a more illustrative story. The update included a reorganized page layout that broke up the full-page copy with visual elements, quick-read infographics, pull quotes and more open space, improving the overall flow and providing an instantaneous and powerful way to communicate the many successes of GETF’s global programs and partnerships.
