The NFL’s Club Sites department wanted to encourage the League’s 32 teams to build their marketing staff to support a growing social media focus.
After sorting and analyzing the results from a staff survey, I took the most valuable information and presented it visually as the infographic below. Seeing how the teams that were most successful on social media had realigned and grown their digital staff, other teams soon followed their example.
